🥔 Sookhi Aloo Sabzi – Nashtay Ki Shaan!

Assalamualaikum sabzi aur paratha ke deewanon!
Aaj hum banayenge woh classic sookhi aloo sabzi jo har subah ke nashtay ka favourite hissa hoti hai. Jaldi ban jaati hai, aur swaad aisa ke har bite mein maza aa jaaye!


🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

  • Aloo – 4 medium (ublay hue, chhote tukdon mein kaate hue)

  • Hari mirch – 1-2 (bareek kati hui)

  • Zeera – ½ tsp

  • Rai (sarson) – ¼ tsp (optional)

  • Haldi – ¼ tsp

  • Lal mirch powder – ½ tsp

  • Dhania powder – 1 tsp

  • Amchoor powder – ½ tsp ya nimbu ka ras – 1 tsp

  • Namak – swaad anusar

  • Hara dhania – garnish ke liye

  • Oil – 2-3 tbsp


👩‍🍳 Banane Ka Tareeqa:

🔥 Step 1: Tadka lagayein

  1. Pan mein oil garam karein.

  2. Usmein zeera aur chahein to rai daal kar chhonk lein.

  3. Phir hari mirch daal kar halka sa bhunein.

🧂 Step 2: Masale daalein

  1. Ab daalein haldi, lal mirch powder, dhania powder, aur namak.

  2. 2 tbsp pani daal kar masalon ko 1-2 min bhunein — taake masala jale nahi aur achha se khil jaaye.

🥔 Step 3: Aloo milaayein

  1. Ublay hue aloo ke tukde daal kar masalon mein achhi tarah mix karein.

  2. 5–7 min tak medium flame par bhunein taake aloo crisp ho jaayein aur masala chipak jaaye.

🍋 Step 4: Tangy touch

  1. Gas band karne se pehle amchoor powder ya nimbu ka ras daal dein.

  2. Upar se hara dhania daal kar serve karein.
