🥟 Ghar Wale Samosay – Crisp Bhi, Chatpate Bhi!


Assalamualaikum snack lovers!
Aaj hum bana rahe hain har shaam ki jaan – samosay! Woh bhi crispy, golden aur masalay daar – bilkul waise jaise chai ke saath chahiye hote hain. Chahe Ramadan ho ya rain day, samosa dil ka sukoon hai! ☕


🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

Aata (Dough) ke liye:

  • Maida – 2 cup

  • Namak – ½ tsp

  • Ajwain – ½ tsp (optional, lekin crispiness ke liye best!)

  • Ghee ya oil – 3 tbsp

  • Pani – zarurat ke mutabiq (tight dough banane ke liye)

Filling ke liye (Aloo Samosa):

  • Aloo (ubley hue) – 3 medium, mashed

  • Hari mirch – 1 chopped

  • Hara dhaniya – 2 tbsp chopped

  • Lal mirch – ½ tsp

  • Haldi – ¼ tsp

  • Zeera – ½ tsp

  • Amchur powder ya lemon juice – ½ tsp (chatpata pan!)

  • Namak – zayqe ke mutabiq

  • Thoda sa oil (masala bhunne ke liye)


👩‍🍳 Banane ka Tareeqa:

🥣 Step 1: Dough tayar karein

  1. Maida, namak, ajwain aur ghee ko ache se mix karein — haath se mila kar “breadcrumbs” jaise texture ho jaaye.

  2. Ab dheere dheere pani daal kar tight dough gundhein.

  3. Kapde se dhak kar 30 min ke liye rest karne dein.

🥔 Step 2: Aloo Filling

  1. Pan mein thoda oil garam karein, usmein zeera aur hari mirch daal kar halka sa fry karein.

  2. Ab mashed aloo aur saare masalay daal dein. Achi tarah mix karein.

  3. Hara dhaniya daal kar thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.

🔪 Step 3: Samosa banana

  1. Dough ke chhote balls bana lein. Ek ball ko oval ya round shape mein bel lein (roti se thoda chhota).

  2. Use beech se kaat kar aadha gol tukda bana lein.

  3. Ek tukda uthayein, cone shape banayein, side pe halka paani laga kar chipkaayein.

  4. Cone mein filling daal kar upar ki edge ko paani se band karein.

🫓 Step 4: Talna (Fry)

  1. Oil ko medium-low heat pe garam karein (high heat se samosa jal jaayega, andar kaccha reh jaayega).

  2. Samosay daal kar slow fry karein jab tak golden brown aur crisp na ho jaayein.
