Kadak Chai Ka Tarka – Jo Thakan Bhi Udaaye, Aur Dil Bhi Jeet Le!


Assalamualaikum meri chai lovers family!
Aaj main aapko sikhaungi ek full flavor wali, masala chai jo sirf neend hi nahi bhagati — balki mood bhi bana deti hai! Perfect shaam ke samosay ke saath, ya subah ki pyari shuruaat ke liye! 💭🌧


🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

  • Pani – 1 cup

  • Doodh – 1 cup

  • Chai patti – 2 tsp (ya apne taste ke mutabiq)

  • Cheeni – 2 tsp (ya jitni meethi chai chahiye 💕)

Masala Tarka ke liye (optional lekin kamaal ka):

  • Elaichi – 2

  • Adrak – 1 chhoti tukdi (kooti hui)

  • Laung – 1

  • Darchini – ½ inch stick (agar warm taste chahiye)

  • Tulsi ya pudina ke 2-3 patte (optional)


🔥 Banane ka Tareeqa:

🫖 Step 1: Masala wala pani ubalein

  1. Ek pateeli mein pani daal kar ubalne rakhein.

  2. Usmein adrak, elaichi, laung aur darchini daal dein.

  3. Jab pani achi tarah ubalne lage aur masalon ki khushboo aaye – tab samajh jao, tarka ready hai! 🤩

🧋 Step 2: Patti aur doodh daalna

  1. Ab chai patti daal kar 1-2 min pakne dein.

  2. Phir doodh aur cheeni daal dein.

  3. Ab medium flame par 3-4 minute tak ubalne dein. Chai thodi si ghadi ho jaaye — tab hi maza aayega!

🫗 Step 3: Chai ko chaanni se chaan lein

  1. Cup ya kettle mein chaan lein.

  2. Upar se chahein toh elaichi powder ya thoda sa rose water bhi daal sakte hain — Laado’s special touch! 🌹
