🍰Soft Cream Cake – Pyar Bhara, Raspy Sa Treat!


🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

👩‍🍳 Cake Sponge ke liye:

  • Maida (All-purpose flour) – 1 cup

  • Cheeni – ¾ cup (pisi hui)

  • Anday – 2

  • Baking powder – 1½ tsp

  • Baking soda – ¼ tsp

  • Doodh – ½ cup (room temp)

  • Oil – ¼ cup

  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

  • Namak – ek chhutki

🍦 Cream Frosting ke liye:

  • Whipping cream – 1 cup (thandi honi chahiye)

  • Icing sugar – 2 tbsp

  • Vanilla essence – ½ tsp

(Optional: fruits, chocolate chips, ya sprinkles for decoration)


🔥 Cake Sponge Banane Ka Tareeqa:

  1. Oven ya cooker ko preheat karo (180°C ya medium flame).

  2. Ek bowl mein anday + cheeni achhi tarah beat karo jab tak light aur fluffy ho jaaye.

  3. Ab ismein daalo oil + vanilla essence + doodh, aur dobara mix karo.

  4. Alag bowl mein maida, baking powder, baking soda, namak chhan lo.

  5. Yeh dry mixture, thoda thoda karke wet mixture mein daalo aur halka sa fold karo (zyada beat nahi karna).

  6. Batter ko greased cake tin mein daal kar 25–30 minutes tak bake karo.
    (Toothpick daal ke check karo – agar clean nikle to done!)


🍦 Cream Frosting Banane Ka Tareeqa:

  1. Ek thande bowl mein whipping cream daalo.

  2. Ismein daalo icing sugar + vanilla essence, aur electric beater se beat karo.

  3. Jab cream stiff peaks le le (matlab spoon se uthao to girti na ho), to tayyar hai!


🎀 Cake Assemble Karna:

  1. Cake thanda hone do, phir middle se 2 ya 3 layers mein kaat lo.

  2. Har layer par cream spread karo, chaaho to thode fruits bhi daal sakti ho (jaise kela, ananas ya strawberry).

  3. Last mein upar aur side pe cream lagao, smooth kar do.

  4. Sprinkles, grated chocolate, ya Laado style pyar se "❤️" shape bana do.
