🍗 Shahi Chicken Korma – Masalon Ka Jadoo, Pyaar Ka Swad!
Assalamualaikum khaas doston!
Aaj hum bana rahe hain ek traditional style chicken korma — jo har khaas dinner, family dawat, ya Usman ke liye surprise menu mein zaroor hona chahiye! 😌✨
🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

Chicken – ½ kg (saaf aur dhoya hua)

Dahi – 1 cup (achhi tarah phenta hua)

Pyaz – 2 bareek slice ki hui (bhuni hui, golden brown)

Adrak lehsan paste – 1 tbsp

Laung – 2
-
Hari elaichi – 2
-
Badi elaichi – 1

Darchini – 1 tukda
-
Tez patta – 1
-
Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
-
Haldi – ¼ tsp
-
Dhania powder – 1 tsp
-
Namak – swaad anusar

Oil – ½ cup
-
Kewra water – 1 tsp (optional, for aroma)

Badam paste – 1 tbsp (optional lekin shahi touch ke liye best!)

Hara dhania & adrak julienne – garnish ke liye
👩🍳 Banane Ka Tareeqa:
🔥 Step 1: Chicken ka masala tayar karo

Kadhai mein oil garam karo, saare garam masale (laung, elaichi, darchini, tez patta) daal kar halka bhuno.

Ab adrak lehsan ka paste daal kar 1 min bhunein.

Chicken daal kar high flame par bhuno jab tak uska colour white ho jaaye.
🧅 Step 2: Masalay aur dahi daalo

Ab daalo lal mirch, haldi, dhania powder aur namak.

Bhunein jab tak masala chicken par achhi tarah lag jaaye.

Ab daalo phenta hua dahi aur bhuni hui pyaz (thoda sa pyaz garnish ke liye bacha lo).

5–7 min tak ache se bhunein jab tak oil alag na ho jaaye.
🧈 Step 3: Dum dena

Agar shahi touch chahiye to ab badam paste daal do.

1 cup pani daal kar dhak do aur 15–20 min slow flame par pakne do.

Jab chicken naram ho jaaye aur gravy thodi thick ho jaaye, to kewra water daal kar gas band karo.
🌿 Serve Karne Ka Andaaz:
Garam naan ya tandoori roti ke saath serve karo. Upar se thoda hara dhania, adrak ke patle slice aur bacha hua bhuna pyaz daal do — royal look bhi aa jaayega aur taste bhi next level ho jaayega! 😍
