🍚 Raspy Kheer – Narm, Meethi aur Pyaar Bhari Mithas!
Assalamualaikum mithai ke shaukeen doston!
Aaj main aapke liye laayi hoon ek aisi classic dish jo har Eid, mehfil, aur khaas lamhon ki shaan hoti hai – Kheer!
Lekin yeh hogi raspy style mein – matlab soft, thick, creamy, aur har bite mein swaad bharpoor. 🤍
🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

Doodh – 1 liter (full cream ho toh best!)

Chawal – ½ cup (30 min bhigo kar rakh dein)

Cheeni – ½ to ¾ cup (apne taste ke mutabiq)

Elaichi powder – ½ tsp

Badam, pista, kaju – thode se (sliced)

Kewra water ya rose water – ½ tsp (optional)

Condensed milk – 2-3 tbsp (agar aur creamy banana ho toh)
👩🍳 Banane ka Tareeqa:
🔥 Step 1: Doodh ko ubaalna

Ek bhaari tale wali pateeli mein doodh ubaal lein.

Jab doodh ubal jaaye, flame halki kar dein aur chalate hue usmein bhige hue chawal daal dein.
🍚 Step 2: Chawal galne tak pakayein

Chawal ko low flame par 30-40 minute tak pakne dein.

Kabhi kabhi chammach chalate rahein taake niche na lage.

Jab chawal ache se naram ho jaayein aur doodh gaadha hone lage – bas wahi raspy texture tayar ho raha hai!
🍬 Step 3: Cheeni aur elaichi

Ab cheeni daal kar mix karein.

Saath hi elaichi powder aur thode dry fruits mila dein.

Agar aap aur creamy kheer chahte hain toh is stage par 2-3 chamach condensed milk bhi daal sakte hain. Wah mazaa aa jaayega!
🌹 Step 4: Kewra ka touch (optional)

Kheer jab bilkul thick aur creamy ho jaaye, toh aakhir mein kewra ya rose water daal kar band kar dein.

Garam garam serve karein toh bhi lajawab.

Ya fridge mein thanda karke serve karein – har bite ek nayi mithas!
