🥔 Raspy Aloo Ki Sabzi – Ghar Ki Khushboo Wali!

Assalamualaikum sabzi lovers!
Aaj laayi hoon ek asaani se banne wali, naram aur masalay daar aloo ki sabzi – jo subah ke nashtay mein parathay ke saath, ya shaam ke khane mein roti ke saath ek dum kamaal lagti hai! 🌶️


🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

  • Aloo – 4 medium (ublay aur chhote tukdon mein kaate hue)

  • Pyaz – 1 (bareek kata hua)

  • Tamatar – 2 (bareek kate hue)

  • Hari mirch – 1-2 (chahe toh)

  • Adrak lehsan ka paste – 1 tsp

  • Haldi – ½ tsp

  • Lal mirch – 1 tsp

  • Dhania powder – 1 tsp

  • Zeera – ½ tsp

  • Namak – zayqe ke mutabiq

  • Hara dhania – garnish ke liye

  • Oil – 2-3 tbsp

  • Pani – ½ to 1 cup (jitni raspy gravy chahiye)


👩‍🍳 Banane Ka Tareeqa:

🔥 Step 1: Tadka lagao

  1. Kadhai mein oil garam karo, usmein zeera daal kar halka bhuno.

  2. Phir pyaz daal kar bhunein jab tak golden brown ho jaaye.

  3. Ab adrak lehsan paste daal kar 1 min bhunein.

🍅 Step 2: Masala tayar karo

  1. Ab daal dein tamatar, haldi, lal mirch, dhania powder, aur namak.

  2. Thoda paani daal kar masalay ko 5-7 min bhunein jab tak oil alag na ho jaaye.

🥔 Step 3: Aloo daalein

  1. Ab ublay hue aloo daal kar achhi tarah masalay mein mila lein.

  2. 2-3 min tak bhunein taake masala andar tak chala jaaye.

  3. Ab ½ to 1 cup pani daal kar 5-10 min slow flame par pakayein.
