🍽️ “Meri Pehli Biryani – Ek Dil Se Bani Recipe”

Assalamualaikum doston!
Main hoon aapki dost, aur aaj main share kar rahi hoon apni sabse khaas dish – Biryani!
Yeh sirf ek recipe nahi, ek jazba hai. Har dafa jab biryani banati hoon, dil se dua nikalti hai ke taste bhi waise hi ho jaise maa ke haath ki hoti thi.

πŸ›’ Zaroori cheezein (Ingredients):

  • Chicken – aadha kilo

  • Basmati chawal – 2 cups (30 minute bhigo dein)

  • Pyaz – 2 baray, patle sliced

  • Dahi – aadha cup

  • Tamatar – 1 bara, chopped

  • Adrak lehsan paste – 1 chamach

  • Namak, lal mirch, haldi – apne zayqe ke mutabiq

  • Garam masalay – tez patta, laung, elaichi, daarchini (thoda thoda)

  • Hara dhaniya, podina – haath bhar

  • Zarda rang – thoda sa

  • Oil – 3 chamach

πŸ‘©‍🍳 Banane ka tareeqa:

  1. Pyaz ko golden brown karna hai, patience se. Isi mein asli biryani ka rung hota hai!

  2. Chicken daal kar usse achi tarah bhun lein. Adrak-lehsan paste aur sab masalay mila dein.

  3. Dahi aur tamatar daal kar 10-15 minute tak halka dum dein, taake masalay ghul mil jayein.

  4. Alag se chawal 80% tak ubal lein. Zyada nahi, warna khichdi ban jaayegi!

  5. Ab handi mein layer lagayein – neeche chicken, upar chawal, thoda hara dhaniya, podina, aur zarda rang.

  6. Slow flame pe 10-15 minute dum. Aur phir... khushboo se poora ghar bhar jaayega! πŸ’›
