🍬 Ghar Wale Rasgullay – Narm, Meethay, Dil Se Banaye Hue!

Assalamualaikum meetha pasand doston!
Aaj main laayi hoon ek aisi mithai jo har ghar mein khushi ka signal hoti hai – Rasgulla! Soft, spongy, aur meethay syrup mein doobay hue — perfect har celebration ke liye (ya jab mood khush karna ho 💖).

🛒 Zaroori cheezein:

Paneer banane ke liye:

  • Full cream doodh – 1 liter

  • Sirka ya lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Rasgulla banane ke liye:

  • Pani – 4 cups

  • Cheeni – 1½ cups

  • Elaichi powder – chhoti chhutki

  • Rose water (agar ho) – ½ tsp


🧑‍🍳 Banane ka tareeqa:

🥛 Step 1: Paneer tayar karna

  1. Doodh ko ubaal lein. Jab ubalne lage, usmein dheere dheere sirka ya lemon juice daalein.

  2. Jaise hi doodh phat jaye (paneer aur pani alag ho jaayein), usse ek muslin cloth ya barik kapde mein chaan lein.

  3. Thande paani se wash karein taake khattapan chala jaye. Phir usse ache se nichod lein aur 30 min ke liye latka dein taake extra pani nikal jaye.

🤲 Step 2: Dough banana

  1. Paneer ko ek thali mein daal kar 10-12 minutes tak acchi tarah gundhna hai (haathon se soft aur smooth banayein).

  2. Jab dough ekdum smooth ho jaye, chhoti chhoti goliyaan bana lein – bilkul crack-free.

🍯 Step 3: Chashni aur boil

  1. Ek pateeli mein pani aur cheeni mila kar ubaal lein. Elaichi daalein.

  2. Jab ubalne lage, rasgullay daal dein. Dhakkan band kar ke medium flame pe 15-18 minute tak boil karein.

  3. Aap dekhenge ke rasgullay double size ke ho jaayenge – matlab bilkul perfect!
