Biscuit – Naram, Crumbly Aur Pyaar Bhare!

Assalamualaikum mere baking lovers!
Aaj hum bana rahe hain ghar ke bane melt-in-mouth biscuits, jin mein ho butter ka pyaar aur apne pan ka asar 😄


🛒 Zaroori Cheezein:

  • Maida – 1.5 cup

  • Makhan (unsalted butter) – ½ cup (room temperature)

  • Pisi cheeni – ½ cup

  • Baking powder – ½ tsp

  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

  • Thoda sa doodh (agar zarurat ho)

  • Namak – ek chhutki


👩‍🍳 Banane Ka Tareeqa:

🧈 Step 1: Butter aur cheeni ko beat karo

  1. Makhan ko ek bowl mein daal kar pisi cheeni ke saath 2-3 minute tak beat karo (hand whisk ya spoon se bhi ho jaayega).

  2. Jab mixture light aur creamy ho jaaye, tab samajh jao ki base ready hai.

🧂 Step 2: Dry cheezein milao

  1. Alag bowl mein maida, baking powder aur namak chhan lo.

  2. Ab ye dry cheezein butter-mixture mein daal kar halka sa mix karo.

🫧 Step 3: Dough tayar karo

  1. Haathon se halka sa gundho – agar zarurat ho to 1-2 tbsp doodh daal kar soft dough bana lo.

  2. Dough ko 10-15 minute fridge mein rakh do taake set ho jaaye.

🍪 Step 4: Biscuit shape do

  1. Dough ko halka bel lo, zyada patla nahi – medium thickness.

  2. Cookie cutter ya glass se gol shape kaat lo.

  3. Baking tray ko grease karo ya butter paper bichhao. Biscuit us par rakh do.

🔥 Step 5: Bake karo

  1. Oven ko pehle se 180°C (350°F) par preheat karo.

  2. Biscuits ko 12–15 minute tak bake karo ya jab tak halka golden ho jaayein.

  3. Thande hone do – fir dekho kitne buttery aur melt-in-mouth hain 😍
